Classes will include lectures on the principles of Wing Chun based on laws of nature and biomechanics.  The beginners are taught the first standalone form called Siu Nim Tao—Little Idea in the Head, which informs and trains the novices on the fundamentals of Wing Chun, which are, structure and strength building based on laws of physics, alignment of bones, biotensegrity, and mind control.  The arm movements of the forms are pulled out to make drills, which manifest the principles of Wing Chun that instill good habits in a practitioner for developing stable and powerful structure and movements.

The intermediate students are taught to move the structure in a balanced and powerful manner in a form called Chum Kiu—Probing the Bridge.  The leg movements are not only used to move the structure, but also to kick and take down opponents.

The advance students are taught a form designed to use various body parts as deadly arsenals against a proficient opponent.  The form is called Biujee—Hurling Fingers.

There are 3 apparatus forms, all designed to develop a practitioner to become a superb martial artist.  They are the Mukyang Jong—Wooden Man Stake, Lukdim Boon—6.5 Pole, and Batjum Dou—Eight Cutting Sword form.

Although the sequences for these forms can easily be learned in a short time, to understand and perform them meaningfully, mindfully, and methodically will take a lifetime to perfect.
